Ranked in the top 10 of the “100 Best LGBT Podcasts” by FeedSpot, Our Black Gay Diaspora Podcast is a global biweekly podcast where Black LGBTQ professionals share about their countries and professions.

Guests include Executive Director at PEOPLE Magazine Jeremy Helligar, Cameron Johnson, Executive Producer of the CW series Tom Swift and Cyril Nri, a BAFTA-nominated British actor.

I conceived, host and produce the podcast, as well as research, record and edit each episode. I seek interesting interviewees in advocacy, entertainment, mental health and other professions.

As the social media marketer, I designed the logo and create videos to promote the podcast, increase followers and announce new episodes.

Co-Host, Producer, and Graphic Designer
March 2021 – Present

I co-host Wallflowers in Bloom Podcast, interviewing self-identified introverts. Our guests include an Icelandic sculptor, an American psychiatrist and a British photographer and filmmaker.

I designed the logo, co-host, record and edit each episode. I’m also a social media marketer, creating promo videos to increase followers.

Graphic Designer

I was the lead graphic designer for Houlihan Lokey, a global investment banking firm, working with the creative director to design and manage content that included ads, brochures and presentations.

As part of the web development team, I created HTML and CSS content (company rankings, registration forms and white papers) for company-sponsored quarterly conferences.

I worked with marketing’s associate producer to create product group and industry videos and whiteboard animation.
