About

CV/Résumé

I am a Los Angeles–based podcast producer, writer, and multimedia content creator with more than 20 years of experience creating visual communications, compelling stories, and digital content for corporate, nonprofit, and public audiences.

I’m the creator and host of two podcasts: In Convo with Erick and Our Black Gay Diaspora, an internationally recognized podcast at the intersection of culture, identity, and global storytelling. Since March 2021, I have produced more than 140 episodes of Our Black Gay Diaspora featuring Black LGBTQIA+ changemakers representing 28 countries and 45 professions — managing every stage of production from research and guest outreach to recording, editing, design, publishing, and promotion.

I have been quoted in Forbes, named to the National Black Justice Collective’s “2025 Cohort of 100 Black LGBTQ+/SGL Emerging Leaders to Watch,” and spoken at the Brothers of the Desert 7th Annual Wellness Summit and the Gay Men of Integrity Leadership Summit.

I’ve written for Orion Publishing Group and been featured in publications including Queerty’s Native Son, Krull Magazine, and Substack. My work explores the histories, experiences, and perspectives of underrepresented communities across Africa, Europe, and North and South America.

Today, I bring together my background in design, podcast production, writing, motion graphics, and digital storytelling to help organizations and audiences connect through meaningful content. I am always open to creative collaboration opportunities involving podcast and digital content production, visual storytelling, multimedia design, and branding.
